  4. The perspective candidate can never have been fired from a job with the Artisans or resigned from an Artisans assembly, the office staff, or a position on the board for any type of behavior that involved theft, harassment, unethical or immoral behavior.
  5. The candidate must be a delegate at the upcoming Most Excellent Session.

Mandatory qualifications for a candidate that wishes to run for the position of director on the board. Perspective candidates must have five of the above qualifications and at least two of the three qualifications below.
  1. Secondary Education – A degree in business, management or the law is preferable.
  2. Licensing – The candidate must have a current Pennsylvania or New Jersey life/annuity insurance license for at least the past two years.
  3. The member is an active member in their assembly, having served as a Master Artisan, and has been a delegate to the Most Excellent Session at least one time prior to the upcoming session.

Any person who has run through the Most Excellent Chairs or is a current director must turn in a resume to the nomination committee but is automatically qualified to run for the position of director if they meet all the top five qualifications.

All resumes for members wishing to run for either the chair officers or director positions are due into the office by 3 PM on October 24th, 2025. There are no extensions past this date. This deadline must be adhered to so the nomination committee can make their final decision on each candidate before the first assembly votes for their delegates.
